Moreover, it is now apparent that the key to successful therapy is the connection between client and therapist. Lumina Counselling uses the most current and effective interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which is the most evidence-based of all non-drug therapies. I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
